Parade March

Parade March may be performed solo or in pairs.

Parade March is part of the Oregon foundation events (marching & presentation). It uses the same marching music. Twirlers perform a "parade" routine, marching and twirling at the same time.

(1) Hold during the 8 count introduction.

(2) SOLOs: March in a box while twirling (or) PAIRS: March in place while twirling.

(3) End with the music at attention or in a pose.

 EVALUATION

Twirlers are evaluated on these requirements:

(1) Stay in step while twirling.

(2) Good posture.

(3) Good twirling.

Twirling may include full hand twirls, rolls, passes, releases, and fingers.
