The Oregon Baton Council is a chapter of the United States Twirling Association (USTA), and its sole purpose is fostering the sport of baton twirling in the state of Oregon. The Oregon Baton Council encourages and generates interest in the sport, while developing within our youth a spirit of competitiveness combined with good sportsmanship. The OBC also fosters harmonious relationships among all the adults involved in the sport, coaches, judges, and parents.
