Entry Deadline:	Postmarked by April 3
Late Deadline:	April 14 (add $12 late fee if postmarked after April 1) No late entries accepted after April 14.
DRIVING DIRECTIONS:	The school is very close to the intersection of SE 181st Ave. and SE Stark. It's at the end of a dead end street. Here's a Google Map. From I-84, take Exit 13. Go south on 181st. Turn left at Stark. From I-205 , you can go east on Stark. Turn south onto 182nd off of Stark. When you get to the school, drive all the way to the south end of the campus. The gym will be on your left. Park on the south side of the gym.

To enter your individual events, you can download an entry form. Fill out the form, send it to the contest director along with a check and your USTA number.
