Driving Directions to McBride Elementary

St. Helens, Oregon

First go to St. Helens:

From the South and from the west side of Portland:
Taking I-5 northbound, take exit #299B onto I-405 North (left lane "I-405 & Hwy 26 West").
Stay in left lane on I-405.
Take Exit #3 from I-405 ("St. Helens & Hwy 30 West")
Get into the center lanes and stay on Hwy. 30 until St. Helens.

From the east side of Portland on I-5:
On I-5, take exit #302 to St. Helens (onto I-405 SOUTH over Freemont Bridge)
Stay in the right lane on the Freemont bridge.
Take exit #3 ("Hwy. 30 West") off the Freemont Bridge.
Stay in the center lanes and continue on "Hwy. 30 West" to St. Helens.

***In St. Helens, heading north on Hwy 30:
In St. Helens, turn left at the second stoplight at Skyes Road (Burgerville is on your left)
Go 1/2 mile to the stop sign and turn right onto Columbia Blvd.
Go a block and the school is on your left.

From north of Longview: (Travel time from Olympia: 1-3/4 hours)
Travel south on I-5. Take Exit #36 (Longview/Kelso Industrial Area).
Stay in right lane and take Hwy 432 exit. Follow to city center.
Turn left at 4th light onto Oregon Way (Sign reads: "South-Hwy 30-Oregon, via Lewis & Clark Bridge").
Continue on Oregon Way over the Lewis & Clark Bridge into Oregon.
Off the bridge, take Ranier/Portland ramp to Highway 30-South.
Continue on Hwy 30 to St. Helens (about 21 miles).

In St. Helens, heading south on Hwy 30:
Turn right the 4th stoplight (Dutch Brothers Coffee on the right) onto Columbia Boulevard.
Follow Columbia through one stop sign for about 1 mile.
The school will be on your right.

From the East (Hwy 14 in Washington): (Travel time is 1 hr. 15 min. from Washougal)
The quickest route is to go to Vancouver, then Portland on I-5 south.
Then, from I-5 south, take the exit to I-405 SOUTH.
Follow the directions above "From Eastside Portland on I-5".

From I-84:
Get onto I-5 NORTH.
Take the exit #302 to I-405 SOUTH onto the Freemont Bridge.
Follow the directions above "From Eastside Portland on I-5"
