DRIVING DIRECTIONS:

The school is very close to the intersection of SE 181st Ave. and SE Stark. Here's a Google Map. From I-84, you can go south on 181st. From I-205 N, you can go east on Stark. When you get to the school, drive all the way to the south end of the campus. The gym will be on your left. Park on the south side of the gym.

To enter your individual events, you can download an entry form. Fill it out, send it to the contest director along with a check and a copy of your USTA membership.

Here is the form for you to fill out for the team events.

Directions:

The PDF documents can be opened with Adobe Acrobat Reader.

The WP entry documents are formatted in Microsoft Word and should download without a problem. Then, open your Microsoft Word program, and from that program, open the document. This means that you might not be able to open the document by just clicking on the document itself; you have to open it from the "open" feature of MS Word.

If you cannot open the document this way, send me an email (address below) and I'll send you a copy.
